We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use not caused by us or the shipping carrier

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saforiaxstore.com or +1 (848) 242-0269 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@saforiaxstore.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@saforiaxstore.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, and the 30% restocking fee will be waived in these cases.
